The Fall Risk has been working hard recording music for you to enjoy! We spent last week at TRI Studios laying the basic tracks – after a few days of rest, we’ll get back to mixing and finishing the songs, and we’ll have these ready for you to hear by Mid May.
Our friend Deborah Grabien came and visited us for a couple days, and wrote a great article about hanging out with us in the studio. Read it here.
Here are some shots of the band in the studio, by Dylan Carney.
In the midst of our current recording project, we’ll need a nice break to bust out some jams and let loose a bit. What better place to play a stress free show than at The San Gregorio General Store! If you’ve never been to the store, you’re missing out. A true general store, selling everything from cowbells to union suits, the store is a bay area gem that encompasses all things homey. Ice cream available for the kids, and a full bar for the grown-ups. Come on out and help us bring it home. A FREE SHOW!! All ages welcome..
The Fall Risk return to one of their favorite spots – The San Gregorio General Store

Address: Highway 84 and Stage Road, San Gregorio, CA 94074
The San Gregorio General Store is located at the corner of Highway 84 and Stage Road, one mile east of the intersection of Highway 84 and Highway 1.

Here’s the deal: at Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company, they do this monthly party called Beer Friday, they open to the public to enjoy some fine local music, and a pint or two… The event is free, and the beers are reasonably priced, and tasty too!
Beer Friday is family friendly. You can bring your kids. You can bring your pet. We have catered food available so we ask that you do not bring food or drinks.
Devil’s Canyon Brewery is a brewery and is generally not open to the public. We sell our beer to bars and restaurants up and down the peninsula.
However, on the last Friday of the month we open our doors to the public at 6pm. There is no cover charge. Your first drink of the night is $10.00. You get to keep the Devil’s Canyon pint glass. After that, drinks are $6.00 with $1.00 for each sale going to our Cheers! for Charity program.
Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company, located in the heart of the San Francisco bay area peninsula, produces award-winning, handcrafted beer and root beer centered on the most premium ingredients.
Just like The Fall Risk!
See you there – drive safely, and bring your friends.
